What I collect:
Name, contact details, messages; skill set/project/areas of interest; optional sprint goals/availability/feedback; basic technical logs from my host (e.g., IP).
Why & legal basis:
To run events/projects, offer operational support, and communicate with you (contractual & legitimate interests). Optional updates only with your consent.
Sharing:
Only with service providers (hosting, email, forms, scheduling, payments). No selling, no ads.
Storage & retention:
Stored with reputable providers. Kept for the event/project plus up to 12 months, then deleted/anonymized. Ask anytime and I’ll delete sooner unless law requires otherwise.
Your rights (GDPR):
Access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and withdraw consent. You can also file a complaint with your local data authority.
Cookies/analytics:
Essential cookies only; no ad tracking.
Children:
Not for under 16.
International transfers:
I don’t transfer data myself. If data is stored outside the EEA, this happens through the services I use (e.g., email, hosting, payments). They are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
