We’re building a stronger circle of trusted practitioners and organizations. We’re creating follow-up formats beyond events: smaller conversations, roundtables, visits, and working sessions that can turn good discussions into our work together.

AGI Collective is a field-building initiative exploring how to close practical gaps in the AI safety and governance ecosystem.
The idea is to make hidden needs and resources visible - mapping what organizations need, who has relevant skills, and where funding or coordination is missing. From there, the model connects people around time-bound projects that can address concrete bottlenecks in operations, fundraising, communications, program design, and other non-technical work.
The longer-term ambition is to turn these experiments into a repeatable field-execution engine: map needs → match talent → fund and deliver projects → learn what works. For me, it is also a practical test of the connector role: moving from understanding a fragmented ecosystem to building mechanisms that help people and resources reach the places where they can have the most impact.

Responsible technology is inherently interdisciplinary, yet many of us work in silos.
